Terms of Use
These terms govern access to OCIUS, including live scores, sports intelligence, personalized alerts and account features.
1. Using OCIUS
You may use OCIUS for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should protect access to your email or connected Google account.
2. Sports information
OCIUS combines third-party sports data with transparent calculations and OCIUS intelligence layers. Live information can be delayed, corrected or unavailable. Labels such as VERIFIED, CALCULATED, OCIUS ESTIMATE and LIMITED DATA are designed to communicate the quality of information, but OCIUS does not guarantee that every score, statistic, lineup or alert is error-free or instantaneous.
3. Accounts and guest mode
An account allows cloud synchronization of follows, preferences, alerts and limited match history. Guest mode is designed to operate without persistent OCIUS personalization. You may sign out, export your OCIUS data or delete your account from the Control Center.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse OCIUS, attempt to bypass technical limits, scrape or redistribute the service at scale without permission, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected server functionality, or use OCIUS to violate another person’s rights.
5. Intellectual property
The OCIUS name, visual identity, interface, proprietary ranking/intelligence logic and original product content are protected to the extent permitted by law. Team, competition and player names, logos and related rights may belong to their respective owners and data licensors.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change while OCIUS is in development. We may modify, suspend or discontinue functionality when needed for maintenance, security, provider changes or product evolution.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OCIUS is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or perfect sports-data accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
8. Governing framework
For this pre-launch version, these terms are intended to operate under Italian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country. Legal entity and venue details will be finalized before commercial public launch.
